Do you hire out caravans? 

No, we do not hire out caravans. You are, however, able to bring a caravan or motorhome that has been hired from elsewhere. 

 

Can I cancel my booking if the weather forecast is showing poor weather? 

Our cancellation policy states that bookings canceled within 7 days of arrival will not be refunded. If you have any problems with the dates you have booked, please see our Booking T&Cs  or contact Reception. 

 

Do you have good phone signal and WiFi? 

We provide Free WiFi to all of our guests. We have good phone coverage, however, this does depend on your provider. 

 

Can I bring my cat (or small pet) when we visit your park? 

Yes! We welcome well-behaved pets, kept on a short lead or kept secure. 

 

Am I able to use my Caravan Club discount with you? 

We are not members of the Caravan Club, therefore you cannot get this discount when booking with us. 

 

Where is the nearest bus stop? 

The nearest bus stop is located approximately 1 mile away in Lytchett Matravers. 

 

Can I visit your site with my Extra Large Motorhome or Caravan? 

Your caravan or motorhome must not exceed 8m long. 

 

How many guests can I bring with me? 

We allow a maximum of 6 people per caravan/ motorhome/ tent, however, the number of guests should not exceed the berth of the unit (e.g. A 5 berth caravan should not contain more than 5 guests).

 

Are you a nudist campsite? 

Although we are an adult-only campsite (16+), we are not a nudist campsite. We kindly ask that you keep your clothes on during your stay. 

 

What security measures do you have in place at the park?

We have CCTV in operation 24/7 in all areas of the site. In the best interest of our guests, the team performs a nightly walk around (this may not suit everyone so please ensure you are happy with this before booking).

 

Am I able to have a pitch located next to my friends/ family? 

We are not allowing any group bookings for the 2021 season. When we are allowing group bookings, we will try our best to accommodate these requests when allocating pitches. 

 

Do you have Laundry and Dishwashing Facilities?

We do have Laundry and Dishwashing facilities on site. As well as Shower Blocks and Unisex showers with changing rooms.

 

Can I feed the chickens/ wildlife that live at the park? 

We have plenty of wildlife living at Huntick (including chickens next to reception), we know that they would love your scraps! Please check with reception what they are allowed to eat before feeding them. 

 

Am I allowed to put up a Gazebo, Pup Tent or Toilet Tent on my pitch? 

We do not allow gazebo's in the park. Pup Tents may be used if you do not already have a caravan or motorhome on your pitch. Toilet Tents are allowed if they are kept within the perimeter of your pitch. 

 

What are your Reception opening hours? 

Our Reception opening hours are Monday- Saturday 9 am- 5 pm and Sunday 10 am-4 pm. We are closed for lunch everyday between 12 pm and 1 pm. 

 

Am able to book a pitch to camp with my tent? 

We have limited Tent pitches available. Please contact Reception to discuss. 

 

Do you offer any discounts? 

We are not currently running any discounts or offers. 

 

Are your pitches Hard Standing and Level? 

We have a mixture of Hard Standing and Grass pitches, all of which are level.

 

What is the minimum age for guests staying at your site? 

We are an adult-only campsite, and allow guests from ages 16 and up. The lead guest making the booking must be at least 18 years old and in attendance for the duration of the booking. 

 

Do you sell Gas Bottles? 

We do stock some gas bottles at Reception- subject to availability. 

 

What do I do if I am Unhappy or Dissatisfied before, during, or after my stay? 

Please get in touch with our Reception team to discuss the matter and we will do our utmost best to resolve it.
